Wedding Group at the West Baden Hotel January 2008
I will be covering the wedding part of the workshop and very familiar with both facilities. I have photographed weddings at both the French Lick Resort and West Baden Springs. I was married just last April at the French Lick Resort and have been assured by the catering staff that we will have free use of the facilities for our photography sessions. If you've never been to the Resort, you are going to be in for a big surprise. It is truly the most elegant setting for Wedding Photography I have seen in my twenty years experience. My last wedding at the West Baden Hotel was January 5, 2008 CLICK HERE TO VIEW.
THERE ARE STILL 8 SPOTS LEFT IN THE WORKSHOP AND WE WILL HOLD THE PARTICIPATION TO 15 PHOTOGRAPHERS. This will guarantee a lot of personal time with Ken and Joe as well as plenty of personal time with the models. One of my favorite couples from last year will be with us as an actual Bride and Groom as well as two Brides who will be modeling two different styles of wedding gowns.
THANK YOU AGAIN AND WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO SOME GREAT PHOTOGRAPHY, FRIENDHSIP, AND HOPEFULLY A LITTLE LUCK IN THE CASINO!

Out new ad for Perfect Wedding Guide is out and features one of our images taken during our wedding shoot in Las Vegas. The shot was taken at the Neon Boneyard just north of the Vegas strip just minutes from downtown. The site features over two acres of vintage signs from casinos that have been tore down and awaiting restoration. Just across the street is the Neon Museum, where fully restored signs can be seen daily. The Boneyard is available by tours twice a day and we were fortunate to have access to the facility to do these wonderful images.

On Saturday january 19, 2008 I will be presenting the 7 USAC national champions with a limited edition racing art, This is my second year with being associated with the United States Auto Club as the official portrait studio. I have posted many images of limited edition racing prints, but this time I would like to show you a fun photo that was taken at duquoin ILL this past summer. After blowing a right rear tire Cameron Dodson's car came to rest just yards down the track from my vantage point, resulting in this emotional photograph,

Here are more images from the Nikon D3 as promised
These images were taken at a wedding at West Baden and reception at French Lick Resort on January 5, 2008
The first image ws one of the first images taken during the wedding, I thought I would go for it and turned the ISO up to 3200.... This image is straight out of the camera, no enhancements. As you can see there is no noise and the color is great! F2.8 with a 14-24 mm lens available ligh
This image was taken with the D3 at 6400 ISO - after I got my standard dance shots of the Bride and her Father, i put on a 200mm f2 lenbs on my D3 and began shooting available light. The reception area was pretty dark and I was shooting at about 125 sec shutter speed.
