January 21 and 22 was the running of the Copperworld Classic at the Phoenix International Speedway.  This was my 12th year being able to photograph the USAC Silver Crown and Midget cars at the 1.5 mile oval.

This is one of my favorite photographs from the USAC Copperworld classic at Phoenix International Raceway. This is Dave Steele who won both the midget and silver crown race.
