I am happy to announce that my racing portrait of Fernando Alonso, taken during the United States Grand Prix has won a BLUE RIBBON at the Indiana State Fair!

The photograph features the current F1 Champion during time trials at this years US Grand Prix.  The print was taken with a Nikon D2x and was rendered in the unique "DeFabis" style that I developed myself using photoshop, corel painter and other various layering and blending modes, and printed on the new Kodak metallic paper.

 The photography exhibit is open daily during the state fair at the home and Family Arts building (3rd floor)
